Privacy policy

• Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Profile: what you enter, such as your role, experience and skills, plus your resume PDF and the text extracted from it.
• Projects: the project details you write, and notes and searchable passages made from documents you upload. The uploaded document files themselves are not kept.
• Sessions: the company, role and job description you enter, and the questions and suggested answers from each call, with timing information.
• Payments: what you bought, the amount and the payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach us.

Saarthi AI never uses your microphone. Interviews run in the Saarthi AI desktop app, which hears the sound your meeting app plays on your computer: what the other side of the call says. Meeting apps don't play your own voice back to you, so it isn't captured. That audio is streamed to our AI provider to be turned into text and is not recorded or stored by us. Only the resulting questions and answers are saved to your session history.

When you use "Read screen", the app takes a screenshot of the screen you're on and sends it to our AI provider to read the coding question. Screenshots are not stored by us; only the answer is saved to your session history.

• To run the service: transcribe, detect questions and write answers that fit you.
• To keep your history so you can review past sessions.
• To measure usage, enforce plan limits and process payments.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use it to train our own AI models.

• Supabase: sign-in, database and file storage.
• Google (Gemini API): speech-to-text and answer generation, under the Gemini API terms of service.
• Vercel: hosting of the website.
• Razorpay: payment processing.

These providers may store or process data on servers outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data travels over encrypted connections. Each account can read only its own records (enforced in the database itself), and resume files are kept in private storage. Our AI keys stay on our servers.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page: this permanently removes your profile, resume, projects and session history. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, for tax and accounting).

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent. Most of this you can do yourself in the app; for anything else, email us and we'll respond within 7 days.
