Terms and conditions

Saarthi AI is an interview assistance and practice service: a website for your account, profile, projects, payments and session history, and a desktop app for macOS and Windows where interviews run. During an interview the app transcribes the sound of your meeting (never your microphone) and shows suggested answers based on the profile, resume and project details you give it.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Saarthi AI.
• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give accurate information. Answers are only as good as the details you provide.

You're responsible for how you use Saarthi AI, including following the rules of any interview, exam, meeting or platform you use it in, and getting consent where the law requires it before transcribing a call. Don't use it to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attack, overload or copy the service.

• Free trial: every new account gets 2 trial credits of 10 minutes each, once per person.
• Starter: ₹500 per month for 3 credits. 1 credit = 60 minutes of interview assistance, metered while assistance runs. Credits expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over.
• Pro: ₹1,000 per month for 10 credits of 60 minutes each. Credits expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over.
• Plans renew monthly until cancelled, for up to 120 billing cycles. You can cancel future renewal in Billing. Exhausting credits pauses assistance until another paid month begins; it does not trigger early payment. There is no paid unlimited plan.
• Extra credits: an active Starter or Pro subscriber can buy 1 extra credit for ₹200 or 2 extra credits for ₹350 at any time during the month, as a one-time payment (not a subscription). Extra credits are valid for 30 days from purchase and are used after the month's plan credits. A second subscription can't be bought within the same month.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card or bank details.
• We may change prices for future purchases. What you've already bought keeps the terms it was sold with.

Suggestions are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and the transcript can mishear words. Check what you say. Saarthi AI doesn't guarantee any interview result, job offer or outcome.

What you upload (your resume, project notes and documents) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy policy. Only upload material you have the right to use.

We work to keep Saarthi AI running, but it depends on internet connections and third-party AI and hosting providers, so we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time.

You can stop using Saarthi AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by abusing the free trial, sharing an account or attacking the service.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as a lost job opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they apply.
